This is a great question, however fat cannot be taken from another person and used for your augmentation. There are two options for buttock augmentation, Brazilian Butt Lift and butt implants they are both good procedures that each have their place. Often patients are surprised that they have enough fat for a Brazilian Butt Lift and if not there are other options.
Fat cannot be taken from anyone else and transferred to your buttock. Your body will reject the fat as it will know that it is not your own fat. This will cause you long-term problems and should never be done.
The good news is that there are other good options besides fat for your buttock augmentation such as buttock implants. Some patients have both the fat transfer and implants as this helps improve the overall shape and give them more augmentation than would be possible with either procedure alone.
