Botox is an incredible product as it can give patients a very natural and aesthetically pleasing result.
With Botox patients do not see any difference the day of the injection. They may feel some tightness in the forehead where the Botox was injected. Then over the next week to two weeks they will see the results of their treatment.
The Botox relaxes the muscles that cause us to make wrinkles around our eyes and forehead. With time the muscles will stop forming these lines. I tell patients that even though they will see the results of their Botox at two weeks they will continue to improve over the next couple months. As the skin has time to relax the lines will continue to fade with time.
